Confidentiality:
All information you receive in the seminar about the other participants is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the start of the seminar, a processing fee of 40,- Euro incl. VAT will be charged. In case of later cancellation, the entire seminar fee is to be paid if you or I cannot provide a substitute participant. In case of cancellation on our part, no seminar fees will be charged. Already paid fees will be refunded in this case.
